David M. Joye
David is co-founder of Benefit Resources of the Carolinas. He has more than 25 years of experience in the individual and group insurance field.
Prior to co-founding Benefit Resources of the Carolinas, he was Vice President of Member Resources where he worked for 13 years helping individuals and corporate clients design and manage life, health and disability benefits. His knowledge of the individual market enables him to advise corporate clients on benefits that make a difference in the lives of their employees during their working years and beyond.
David is a native of North Carolina but received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Clemson University in 1992.
Gale L. Staff
Gale has owned and operated Staff Solutions Inc. for over 30 years. She has significant professional Human Resource experience in commercial banking and throughout her career has provided human resources services in Chicago, Dallas, Charlotte, New York and other cities for a multitude of diverse employers. Gale coordinates all of the HR Administration projects and has managed these in all 50 states.
Gale is a native of Ohio, graduated from Cedarville University and attended the Babcock Center for Management Development at Wake Forest University. She has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management since 1985.
Betsy F. Campany
Betsy is co-founder of Benefit Resources of the Carolinas and has worked in the Health and Welfare Employee Benefits field for more than 35 years. As a native Ohioan, she began her career with a mid-west third-party claim administrator where she held various positions from Claims Manager/Trainer to Stop Loss Underwriter as well as Senior Client Manager. She moved to New York City and practiced for nearly a decade as a National Account Manager. Upon moving to North Carolina in 1996, Betsy has held Senior leadership positions with both regional and national consulting firms.
Betsy has worked extensively with clients ranging from 50 to 15,000 employees with complex, multi-state benefit related issues. She has worked with employers doing business in all 50 states as well as Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Dominican Republic.
Robin S. Davis
Robin, a Senior Associate of Staff Solutions since 2000, is primarily involved in the creation of analytical tools and management reports for clients. She obtained her MBA from the University of North Carolina (Charlotte) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill). Her experience ranges from financial analysis to human resources management. Most recently she has been responsible for the HR functions for one of our clients.
